Facilities
Hillel School of Tampa sits on a beautiful,
private, ten-acre campus
and is home to
approximately 200
students and 40 faculty members. The school's maintenance professional lives on campus, assuring 24 hour care of
the facility.

Hillel comprises of four separate buildings: three for
the separate divisions, and one for the library. Each division building
houses classrooms and
areas for teachers to meet and hold conferences.
The Primary
Building
is also home to a fine arts room, nutrition center
and administrative offices.
The intermediate building is a specially
designed leaning community with integrated classrooms, science lab
and art studio, as well as a mercaz. A Mercaz is a center where
students can do research and use laptops or ipads, or just curl up
with a book from the book carousel. Teachers can use a Smartboard to
teach lessons, hop on the internet to enhance the lesson, then save
it to a computer.
The Middle School facility has a state-of-the art science
laboratory, a mobile Macbook computer lab and lounge area for the older
students.
Hillel's library boasts over 10,000 volumes
and a special collection Holocaust library. Additional computer
stations and plenty of space allow students to work and study in a
relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
Hillel's covered athletic pavilion provides a sheltered area for Physical
Education classes for all levels. The large soccer/softball field gives ample space
for outdoor activities. Six
basketball stations and a large playground are enjoyed by many students
during recess.
The Hillel campus is fully secured at all times.
