Ways To Give
Hillel school
has served the Jewish community in the Tampa Bay area since 1970. It all
began at the
Rodeph Sholom synagogue campus with just over 30 students. Today
Hillel is located in a ten acre
park-like campus, on West Fletcher Ave., where over 200 students thrive
in a safe and nurturing environment.
Hillel takes
its responsibilities seriously. As a Jewish community day school,
Hillel is responsible for passing on the rich traditions of Judaism and
keeping the flame alive. As a highly regarded private school,
Hillel is responsible for the academic and personal growth of its
students. Hillel works hard to excel at both.
All of this
could not have been achieved without the support of the local
community. As is the case with many private schools, tuition alone does
not cover yearly expenses. At Hillel, tuition pays for just
over 70% of expenses, with the remaining funds raised by donations
and fundraising . An endowment campaign is being launched to
ensure that additional financial aid is available to students. Hillel's goal is to
never have to turn away a child based on financial considerations.
There
are many ways in which you can help Hillel continue to grow strong.
